Refund policy
- Please get in touch with us via email (returns@saira.co.uk)
- Write a short note letting us know why you are returning your shoes (on your packing slip is preferred) We only accept returns of UNWORN IN ORIGINAL/RESALABLE CONDITION shoes with the original shoe box/packaging included.
- Put your shoes in their SAIRA shoe box and put the shoe box back into the original shipping box, or a similar container. *Shoeboxes with return shipping labels applied directly to shoebox will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

- We ONLY accept returns on merchandise purchased directly from www.saira.co.uk, if your item is store purchased you will need to return back to the store.
- Item(s) must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date they were delivered to the original destination.
- Item(s) MUST BE UNWORN IN ORIGINAL/RESALABLE CONDITION with the shoe box included.
- Worn merchandise is subject to fee deduction or a refusal of your refund at the discretion of our staff.
- Item(s) MUST BE TRIED ON A CLEAN CARPET / SOFT SURFACE.
- We do not reimburse any shipping charges. We refund the price of the shoes only.
- Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed once your item(s) are received.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information or delivery confirmation. Saira.co.uk is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
How Long will it take to process my return?
Not heard after 14 working days? If you have checked your return tracking status and still need help, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, quote your order number and details of the item(s) returned for a speedy response.
Returned by your own method? If 14 working days have passed and you've contacted the courier for your tracking status, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, quote your order number, the item(s) returned and provide proof of return for a speedy response.
If you would like to know the status of your refund, please check your tracking number for the date we received it. Please add 14 business days to that date to see the latest possible date you will receive your refund.
Approximate refunds times:
- PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days
- WorldPay payments will take 1 - 4 working days
You will be notified via email when your refund is complete.
